At Accessories But Cheaper, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of electronic products and mobile spare parts, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Returns or refunds will be accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Mobile spare parts (displays, batteries, ICs, flex cables, etc.)

Installed, used, tested, or tampered products

Products damaged due to improper installation

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer

Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
⚠️ Customers are responsible for confirming model compatibility before placing an order.
3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
A return may be accepted only if:

The product is damaged during shipping, OR

The product received is incorrect, OR
-
The product is defective on arrival
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return:

Return approval is subject to inspection and verification.
5. RETURN CONDITIONS
If approved:

Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All accessories, labels, and invoices must be included

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable
7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refund for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
8. WHATSAPP & MANUAL ORDERS
Orders placed via WhatsApp or manual communication:

Follow the same return & refund policy

Are confirmed only after customer approval and payment

Are non-cancellable once dispatched
9. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)
For COD orders:

Refusal after dispatch may result in future order restrictions

Return shipping charges may be deducted if applicable
10. REFUND MODE
Refunds will be issued via:

Original payment gateway (UPI/Card/Wallet)

Store credit (if mutually agreed)
We do not provide cash refunds.
